Need a barcode for your vehicle? To expedite the process, please print out the form below, bring it into the office along with $20 check made out to Westminster Community Association, Inc. Don't forget to bring a copy of the registration for the vehicle it's being affixed to as this is a requirement. Remember that barcode requests for rental units, must be approved by the owner if the name on the vehicle doesn't match the name on the lease on file. Once the form is completed and turned into the office with the fee paid the barcode can be issued.

NOTE: Barcodes are only valid for the vehicle they are assigned. Moving a barcode from one vehicle to another is not permitted and grounds for a referral to Compliance.
